How It Works
Custom Questions (Multilingual) is identical to the standard Custom Questions collector but allows each question and response message to have language-specific variants. When paired with a Language Funnel entry point, OTTO delivers the conversation in the contact’s selected language automatically.
Configuration
- 1Create a collector and select Custom Questions — Multilingual.
- 2Build your question sequence in English first.
- 3For each question, click Add Language Variant and enter the translated question text.
- 4Repeat for all languages you support.
- 5Link this collector to your Language Funnel.
