Organization Name sends non-marketing employee notifications to its employees who voluntarily opt in. Messages may include emergency and safety notices, weather-related updates, office closures, schedule changes, and operational delays.
Message flow / how employees consent
Employees visit [public opt-in page URL], enter their name, work email, and mobile number, and check an unchecked box that expressly authorizes recurring employee operational SMS messages from Organization Name. The disclosure identifies the sender and message types, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, provides STOP and HELP instructions, states that participation is voluntary and not a condition of employment, and links to the publicly accessible Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. The form records the submitted information, exact consent disclosure, date and time, and source page URL.

Organization Name Employee SMS Notification Program
Program purpose. Organization Name uses SMS to send employees workplace and operational communications, which may include emergency alerts, safety notices, weather-related updates, office closures, schedule changes, and operational delays. The program is not used for third-party marketing.
Enrollment and consent
Employees enroll voluntarily by providing a mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the enrollment form. Consent is not a condition of employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and assistance
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After opting out, one final confirmation message may be sent. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [support email]. Employees may re-enroll through the opt-in form.
Privacy and mobile information
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS notification program. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
Supported carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to the employee’s mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
