About Agency Plans

TextingOnly Agency Plans give marketing agencies a master account with subgroup isolation for each client — separate contacts, campaigns, numbers, and reporting, all managed from one login.
What It IsA master TextingOnly account with isolated subgroups per client — separate contacts, campaigns, numbers, and reporting.
Why It MattersOne login runs every client, while subgroup isolation keeps each client’s data completely separate.
Who Needs ItMarketing agencies and multi-client operators running SMS for more than one brand.

What Agency Plans Include

  • Master account — One login manages all client subgroups
  • Client subgroups — Each client is an isolated environment: separate numbers, contacts, campaigns, reports
  • Agency Shield — Compliance isolation that keeps client data from crossing between accounts
  • White-label framing — The TextingOnly platform operates invisibly to your clients; you present it under your agency brand
  • Per-client playbooks — OTTO flows, CTAs, workflows, and lead alerts configured specifically for each client’s business

Account Structure

In a TextingOnly agency account, the master account is the administrative layer. Each client account lives as a subgroup under the master. The agency operator switches between subgroups from the subgroup selector in the navigation bar. Contacts, lists, campaigns, and phone numbers in one subgroup are completely invisible to all other subgroups.

TextingOnly is invisible to your clients — they do not log in to the platform. All client-facing interaction happens through the SMS campaigns and OTTO flows you build for them. Your agency brand, your playbooks, your deliverable.

Agency Shield

Agency Shield is the compliance isolation layer that prevents client data from crossing between subgroups. It also applies regulatory compliance controls at the subgroup level — opt-out lists, 10DLC registrations, and consent records are managed independently per client. See the Agency Shield article for full details.
