Login Steps

To access your TextingOnly account, navigate to app.textingonly.com and enter your registered email address and password. Click Log In to be redirected to your account dashboard.

Use the same email address you used when your account was created. If you were invited by an agency or admin, use the email the invitation was sent to.

Password Reset

If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes. The reset link expires after 30 minutes — request a new one if it expires.

Multi-Device Access

TextingOnly is browser-based and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. There is no app to install. You can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously. For team accounts, each team member has their own login — credentials are never shared.

I am not receiving the password reset email — what do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If the email is not there, confirm you are using the correct email address associated with your TextingOnly account. Contact support if the problem persists.
Can multiple people use the same account login?
Each user should have their own login credentials. If your plan includes multiple users, your account admin can add users in Account Settings → Team Members.
