Accessing the Report

Go to Reports → Outbound Campaign Interactions
Or from SMS Campaigns → click the campaign name → View Report

Select the campaign from the dropdown
Filter by date range to compare performance across campaigns sent in the same period
Export the non-responder segment as a CSV
Contacts who didn’t reply become the audience for your next re-engagement send — loaded as a new list with a different message and angle

Reading the Report

Delivered

Percentage of the send that reached carrier delivery confirmation. Below 95% suggests list hygiene issues — invalid numbers or unregistered sending number.

Replied

Total reply volume and rate. A YES reply that triggered OTTO is the highest-value event. View reply content to understand what contacts are responding with.

Opted Out

STOP replies — automatically suppressed. High opt-out rate signals irrelevant messaging, poor list quality, or a send to contacts who didn’t originally consent.

No Response

The largest segment on most campaigns — and your next re-engagement audience. Export this list, adjust the message angle, and re-send with a different offer or timing.
