What OTTO Does
OTTO is the automation layer that powers every TextingOnly collector. When a contact opts in — by scanning a QR code, clicking a SmartLink, or texting your number — OTTO responds in under 3 seconds with the first message in your configured conversation flow. No human monitoring required. No delay. No missed opt-ins.
OTTO handles the entire qualification conversation: menu navigation, question sequences, language-flow routing (based on the contact’s interstitial selection), data capture, and final lead delivery. When the conversation is complete, OTTO sends a Prepare Caller alert to your designated rep — a structured SMS containing everything they need to make the follow-up call.
How OTTO Works

Prepare Caller
Prepare Caller is OTTO’s final step in every completed qualification flow. It sends a text to your sales team with the lead summary — before the contact has even put their phone down. Configured correctly, Prepare Caller drives 50%+ first-call answer rates because the contact is still engaged from the OTTO conversation when the rep calls.
No-Code Configuration
OTTO is configured entirely through the Collector editor — no code, no API, no developer required. Every message, menu option, question, and routing rule is set through a visual interface. Changes take effect immediately. You can update OTTO’s conversation flow at any time without disrupting ongoing opt-ins.
