OTTO is the automation layer that powers every TextingOnly collector. When a contact opts in — by scanning a QR code, clicking a SmartLink, or texting your number — OTTO responds in under 3 seconds with the first message in your configured conversation flow. No human monitoring required. No delay. No missed opt-ins.

OTTO handles the entire qualification conversation: menu navigation, question sequences, language-flow routing (based on the contact’s interstitial selection), data capture, and final lead delivery.
